Sisters are doing it for themselves…

and for RAFT.

I’ll let SisterSnog tell you what they are doing for RAFT on 8th February 2011.

There’s only one place to be on 8th February 2012. At The Soulful Concert at St Bride’s, the cathedral of Fleet Street and spiritual home of the media. It promises to be an unforgettable evening of haunting melodies and heavenly harmonies. Open to all. Everyone. Everywhere.

There are two ticket prices for the event:
£30 Concert only. Starting at 7:00pm on the dot
£50 Pre-concert VIP reception at Lutyens (next door to St Bride’s) starting at 6:15pm

The gift of giving
This is a not for profit event organised by Sister Snog. Profits from the evening will be split and donated equally between two charities. Who both have two rather amazing and inspiring women at the helm:

The Katie Piper Foundation and her beautiful friends (Katie Piper)
RAFT and the team of pioneering scientists (Leonor Stjepic aka Margo)

The Restoration of Appearance and Function Trust (RAFT) & The Katie Piper Foundation
Not everyone is born beautiful. And beauty is certainly in the eye of the beholder. But how do you think people feel who have suffered from a skin disfiguring illness or damage as the result of burns, acid attacks or skin cancer when they look in the mirror? Ask Katie Piper or one of her Beautiful Friends. Be sure to book a ticket or two or three and help Sister Snog help RAFT to carry on carrying out ultra pioneering work into practical and affordable ways to save and repair skin. And The Katie Piper Foundation to make it easier to live with burns and scars and face the world again.

Soul Sisters & King’s Men
Sisters of Soul will be stepping out in style with All The King’s Men to create a wondrous event that will touch your heart and melt your soul with a surprising mix of vintage vocals, theatrical tunes and songs from the world of rock and pop. And there’ll one or two surprises! That’s a promise. Poetry and prose to make you smile and bring a tear. Sparkling guests. From the good and the great of the London business scene to media moguls and famous faces who are fans and patrons of the two charities.
